The FK accessibility, how to contact the FK team the best?

If possible, always use the customer form and enter your question if possible inside it. On receipt of your contact request you will get a “reference number” which we need to process your transaction here. We are always trying to work through the inquiries as quickly as possible. Therefore, please send us only one request. Double requests, unfortunately, lead to delays.

You want to send goods back to us. What should you consider?

It is important to distinguish whether the item is defect or if you want to give this back to us. We will take back the goods from end customers in the appropriate valid objection period. Currently this is 14 days. More detailed information can be found on the item “right to cancel”. There you will also have the possibility to print a return slip and a return label from DHL. Note that the items must be unused and must be located in an original carton in original condition. If it is a defective part from our third-party products, that is not marked as an FK product, so send it with the invoice from us directly back to the supplier. You can find the addresses and contact suppliers in the supplier directory. To save time, we always recommend to send the product directly back to the supplier.

What are the shipping costs?

FK has prepared for you a clear composition where you can check the shipping costs per package. Note that a volume / shipping weight is determined. We recommend to reach a purchase amount that you get the free shipping. Then you only have to pay the Packaging costs in the amount of 1.99€ (not for dealers).

In what countries does FK deliver?

FK offers a shipping in the EU and also to Switzerland and Norway. The ship to other countries must be requested individually from us. It is also possible after consultation that the goods will be picked up at FK from your shipping agency. You also have the possibility to send the goods abroad over an alternative delivery address.

What products are in stock?

FK has marked all items. Much of the products are in stock in FK´s warehouse and will normally shipped at the same day throughout Europe, if the order comes in before 11.59 am.

You have received a shipment and it is incomplete?

It may be that the parcel of packages to you are more than one and that they will be handled from our shippers with different speeds. So it can definitely take 1-2 days until all parcels have arrived to you.

I have placed an order but have not received yet

If you opened an account, you will have the opportunity to view your shipping status. If, as example a product of many out of stock, you must activate the "partial delivery" in your account. The existing products will be reserved for you until the arrival of the missing goods. But you have the opportunity to trigger the partial delivery for the goods we have in stock that you don’t have to wait as long.

You want to cancel an order, which you have not received yet or even one product from this?

If you opened an account, you will have the opportunity to view your shipping status. If the product is still not in shipment or on the road to you, you can cancel the order or the product easily over your online account. There are no extra costs or cancellation fees!

You have received a shipment and that has a shipping damage?

If you receive a shipment, please make sure that you get a receipt right from the delivery. Please contact us using the contact form. If you notice the transport damage only after receipt of the packet, please contact your local DHL/ local post office which is responsible for you and get there a confirmation. Until a clarification you can further unpack or use the article.

You have a warranty?

Despite the top quality demands on us and our suppliers, it may happen that a product is defect. We are also not happy over that fact because we only want customers, who are satisfied with us, our products and the service. Please read in this case our reshipment information. Note that we only process warranty cases with original receipt issued by us. Should it have been purchased from a dealer partner, so you have to contact them please.

Is an partial delivery possible?

Of course, a partial delivery is possible. You must activate it in your account.

How can I see when my ordered products are delivered to me?

You can do this over your account. In addition, you will also get an e-mail when the status of your order will change.

I have chosen payment in advance, how do I transfer?

It is important that you enter the shop order number (transaction number) in your payment. Only then can your payment assign to your open order quickly and easily. Your order will be reserved in our house up to 10 days.

I am a dealer and would like discounts for commercial customers, is that possible?

You have to register for this as a commercial customer. Our sales staff will check the recording as a commercial customer in 1-3 business days.

Why do i have to indicate my phone number?
