Return Shipment

The Return of FK Automotive GmbH

Dear FK Customer,

Despite great product control and service, it can always happen from time to time were you may not be satisfied with the goods received. If this happens then you have 14 Days within which to make a claim to FK.

How do you do this ? It's simple ... ...

1. Select the country (see below left) from where you want to make the return from.
2. Enter the order number (invoice or receipt number).
3. Enter your name / street / no. / postcode / place
4. Print your shipping label off and drop it off at your nearest DHL office // Courier office specified on the shipping label.

What you need to know:

1. FK will only accept a return if it was bought directly from FK. If the product was purchased elsewhere then you need to get in contact with that company you bought the goods from and liaise with them respectively.

2. FK accepts only unused and non damaged goods when items are returned back! If the goods portray any of these signs then we can and will refuse to accept the returned items.

3. When returning products back to FK and they have been damaged due to poor packaging from yourself and including you have not used the same box in which you received the goods in from FK, then we will refuse the delivery and send the goods back to you along with the return costs. Please do ensure to use the same packaging that we sent to you when you received the goods from us.

4. If goods are sent back to us that was not purchased directly from us, we will then charge a minimum flat rate calculation of €25, depending on country of destination and costs involved, and send the products back to you, including a bill for you to pay to us for the return costs.

Please excuse the above if you think we are being to strict. But unfortunately in the past, customers have taken excessive advantage of this were they have been without wheels for weeks as when they returned for example their rims back to us, they just packed the rims in a box with no proper labeling or paperwork in the box. And then the customer complained that there were scratches on the rims. And when we received the rims we could see that there were excessive volumes of scratches on the front rims from when the customer tried to fit the rims to his car and dropped the rims on the floor and thus making it virtually impossible for us to use again! So please do be careful when returning items back to us!

It is also important that we do not refund shipping costs were the customer has sent goods back via a courier / haulage company. And so take advantage of our “Free Return Delivery Service”!
