FK Automotive has one of the largest logistics centers in Europe in the tuning industry. All products marked in green "Sofort Liferbar" are available immediately.
This means that if you order by 11:59 a.m., the products will be sent to the customer on the same day at 5 p.m.
This only applies to articles for which no different delivery time is specified for the product. If the order has not yet been dispatched, we may still be waiting for an item that we have ordered from our suppliers especially for you. Or we are still waiting for the payment to be received, depending on the selected payment method.
Important: Always enter the order number when paying and always transfer the exact amount shown for the order. If you place several orders, please transfer the orders individually.
Our systems are configured in such a way that the goods are automatically sent to you after receipt of payment or booking!

Cancel items: You can cancel articles in your customer account. If you need other products, you must then place a new order. For products that have been reserved for you, please note: Cancellation of an order or a corresponding individual item cancels the reservation. If another customer has also ordered the article, the article will be automatically assigned to him. Our system distributes the products according to the order date. The article can also only be canceled if it has not yet been handed over to the logistics department.
Trigger partial delivery: As a rule, FK always delivers all items in your order in one delivery. If only one article is not available, or we are waiting for the delivery of a supplier, you have the option of using the partial delivery function to have the goods ready for delivery sent to you or your customers. Please note that in this case shipping costs and a packaging fee will apply.
Order additional items: Every order is an internal automated process. Unfortunately, you can therefore not add additional items to an existing order! In this case, please place a new order.
Automatic cancellation: Orders that do not have a payment within 10 days will be automatically canceled by the system. In this case, the goods reserved for you will be released again. The order must then be placed again.
Manual cancellation after 14 days It is our aim to send the ordered goods to you within 24 hours. If the goods are ordered from one of our suppliers, we unfortunately have no direct influence on the duration of the delivery. Our purchasing team does its best here! However, if we are unable to send you the ordered goods within 14 days, the ordered and non-deliverable articles will be canceled and the deliverable goods will be sent to you. If payments have already been made, you will receive a refund within 3-5 days. The repayment will be made in the same way that you made the payment to us.

If the order consists of several items and the item that cannot be delivered is canceled, all remaining items will be sent automatically. Cancellations can be made at any time if the item in question is not yet in the shipping process. Articles that are already in the logistics area can no longer be canceled.

In the case of returns, it is important that you first distinguish whether you want to return the goods based on your right of withdrawal, or whether it is a defect.
If you return goods due to a defect, please check whether it is an FK item or a third-party brand. If the goods are third party products (not marked with FK), please contact the manufacturer directly. You will receive all the necessary warranty documents and contact details with the invoice. Of course, the FK service and purchasing team is always at your disposal if you have any problems. As a rule, the processing via the manufacturer is faster than if we do this. We would also have to make the returned products available to the manufacturer, and this would only cost additional time.
If, on the other hand, it is a FK product, we will take care of the processing directly. In this case, send us the documents in advance by e-mail so that we can provide you with a return number.

Money back? Of course, you will get your money back as soon as possible. After checking the goods, we will issue a credit note for you. After the credit has been issued, our support team will check how you paid for the goods with us. If you paid via PayPal or Amazon, you will get the amount back this way. If you paid by credit card, we will refund the amount to your credit card. If you paid in advance (bank transfer), please fill out the following form:
Sorry if you have to wait too long. Due to the seasonal order volume, it is unfortunately not possible for us to always be up to date. We also have to deal with the questions that have come up after the weekends and also after public holidays. We answer thousands of emails every day. Therefore, in extreme cases, a response can take up to 3 working days.
Please also check your spam folder regularly in case the answer has landed there. Please do not send your question multiple times, this would only increase the response time. We ask for your understanding.
If a parts certificate is required for the item, the parts certificate for the FK products will be sent automatically by email immediately after dispatch, at the latest on the following day. It is only possible to send the TÜV certificate to the email address stored in the customer account.
If it is a foreign article, the parts certificate is usually included in the packaging. If there is no expert opinion in the packaging, request it directly from the supplier with the invoice (this is the fastest way). You will receive the supplier contact details from us with the invoice. Should there be any problems, the FK service and purchasing team will of course be happy to provide you with active support.
Please note that items such as taillights and headlights have an E mark and do not require a TÜV certificate.
If you have already installed parts from FK on your vehicle and need a parts certificate, we can only send this free of charge if you have purchased this part directly. You must provide proof of this in the form of an invoice number.
