Dear customer,

Would you like to send something back to us and know how the repayment will be made? With FK you also have a reliable partner when it comes to return delivery and repayment.

FK Automotive is one of the safest companies in the tuning industry.

The repayment to you will be made on the way in which we received the invoice amount from you. It is important that you always adhere to the following points when making a return:

  1. Always use the return form for a return delivery and always enclose a copy of the invoice or delivery note. The specified requirement is not a mandatory requirement for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal
  2. We will not reimburse goods that do not come from our company but have been purchased from a third party.

How is the repayment made:

  • Paid by PayPal: We will pay the amount back to your PayPal account (max. 60 days from payment)
  • Paid by credit card: We will refund the amount to your credit card (max. 90 days from payment)
  • Paid by bank transfer (Giropay / Sofortüberweisung / prepayment): Send your bank details to buchhaltung@fk-automotive.de

As a rule, a repayment is initiated within 14 working days after confirmation of the return. You will also receive information about this by e-mail.

What should be considered:

    You have to bear the regular costs of the return, if the delivered goods correspond to the ordered ones.

    • Always pack the products to be sent to us securely. This avoids transport damage.
    • Always enclose a copy of the delivery note or invoice. This is the only way to process your return delivery as quickly as possible
    • The repayment will always take place as you have arranged it with us. See above. For reasons of data protection and liability, we are not allowed to repay the amount to third parties!

    It is our ultimate goal to make a repayment to you as soon as possible. Since we are not allowed to save bank details for data protection reasons, we ask you to download the PDF and send it to us by email. Fill out the PDF, save it and send it to us at buchhaltung@FK-Automotive.de.

    We will take care of the repayment as soon as possible.


    The prerequisites for a repayment are the following:

    • Goods have already been sent back to us and a credit has been issued!
    • Without the goods being complained about, no credit and refund can be made
    • Goods that have already been paid for have been canceled, a credit is also issued here!



    You haven't received a refund yet? That could be the reasons

    • The return delivery has not yet been sent to us and we have not received it yet!
    • The return delivery was sent to us, but no documents were sent!
    • The return delivery was sent to us, but no credit has been issued yet! (Please note that you will receive the credit note by email. We will then issue the refund)
    • There is a mistake in our house (we are only human too), then please fill out the repayment form and send it to us by email.

    As a rule, we need approx. 3 working days to check the repayment after receiving the complete data and to transfer the amount to you. After receiving the documents, you will receive a confirmation by email with a processing number! Please state this accordingly when you have any questions.
