Would you like to return some goods or know how to go about getting a refund with FK ?

FK  have a strict policy in their return and repayment scheme.

FK Automotive is one of the most well established companies in the tuning industry.


The reimbursement to you is received when an invoice with goods is returned along with supporting documentation once checked and approved by our returns warehouse personnel. It is important that you adhere to FK’s return policy, outlined below:

1. Goods that are being returned back to FK need to be actioned within 14 days from time of receiving goods.

2. Always use a return delivery document and place a copy of your invoice with the goods returning along with any other supporting information placed within the package.

3. Items which are being returned back to us by any third party we will not reimburse and will be sent back the items along with any other additional and/or return shipping costs.

Payment Methods on Returns:

- Payment via Paypal: We will pay back to your Paypal account.

- Payment by Credit Card: We pay the amount back to your credit card.

- Paid by bank transfer (Giropay / Instant Bank Transfer / Cash in advance):
We will transfer the amount back to your bank account.

Normally a refund will be arranged within 5 working days after receiving the goods. You will receive information on the refund via email.

What should be noted:

- Postage fee by the customer for returning of items will not be refundable, as we have set up specifically for this purpose a return delivery service which you can choose from.
- This is free of charge for orders above €40 !
- Returns with a value order below €40 are to be returned at the customers costs.

- Pack the products that you are returning to us in the same package as what was delivered to you. And ensure that it is properly packed to avoid any damage in returns of goods.

- Always place the return form and a copy of your invoice when returning goods. Only then can your return shipment be processed through as soon as possible for you.

- If the reimbursement cannot be paid back to you then please see our privacy and liability terms and conditions. For privacy and liability reasons we do not repay any amounts to any third parties.
